Simona Ferretti
With a Deutsche Schule baccalaureate, a Law degree from LUISS University in Rome, and a Master in Public Affairs from Burson in Milan, one would not expect her to become a renowned chef and entrepreneur. Yet she has done just that. She first revolutionized the concepts of lasagne and tiramisù, creating more than 100 variations of each.
Today, she is transforming the catering scene in Brussels, serving prestigious institutions and companies with homemade dishes rooted in Italian tradition and reimagined through her creativity.
She also works as a private chef, offering bespoke dining experiences at home, and provides home delivery services for those who wish to enjoy her cuisine in the comfort of their own space.
