Simona Ferretti di Castel Francesco

With a Deutsche Schule baccalaureate, a Law degree from LUISS University in Rome, and a Master in Public Affairs from Burson in Milan, one would not expect Simona Ferretti di Castel Francesco to become a renowned chef and entrepreneur. Yet she has done just that.

She first revolutionized the concepts of lasagne and tiramisù, creating more than 100 variations of each. Today, she is transforming the catering scene in Brussels, serving prestigious institutions and companies with homemade dishes rooted in Italian tradition and reimagined through her creativity.

Her clients include All Digital, the Italian Embassy in Belgium, Confindustria, Generali, NATO, Netflix, and many others.
